just 4 days you can experience the vastly different landscapes
that make up New Zealand. Day 1 starts with a winding road through
natural bush that suddenly opens up to a magnificent coastal view.
You’ll reach Kaikoura where you can take a whale-watching
trip to see sperm whales, Orcas and dolphins in the rich marine
environment of the area.
The wonderful roads along the northern coast change from green
mountain ranges to the golden sandy beaches of the Abel Tasman
NP and end in the unusual desert landscape of the Farewell Spit.
Via woodland and mountain landscapes you’ll reach the west
coast with its lush green rainforests and huge rock formations.
You’ll be amazed at how thousands of years of rain, wind
and saltwater have formed the Pancake Rocks and the gigantic Blowholes
at Punakaiki.
 Returning
to Christchurch you’ll leave the west coast and ride one
of the most beautiful roads in New Zealand. Arthur Pass is the
highest, most impressive and by far the twistiest highway over
the Southern Alps! Thick rain forest, steep slopes, strange rock
formations, snow-covered mountains, deep blue icy rivers, colossal
valleys and flat plains are all within just 250 kilometres of
each other – 4 wonderful days riding!
